Cello Chat with Host Dr. Benjamin Whitcomb and guest Alison Bazala Kim

Dr. Bazala Kim taught at Anne Arundel Community College, Hood College, the Naval Academy and Washington Adventist University. Additionally, she taught at the Holton-Arms School, the Bullis School and St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. Previously, she taught at the Michigan State University Community Music School and was the director of the Chamber Music Program. Her students won the MASTA competition and were semi-finalists in the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition. Dr. Bazala Kim served as President of the American String Teacher's Association, Maryland/DC Chapter (ASTA MD/DC) from 2018-2020 and was the recipient of the 2020 ASTA State Chapter Leadership Award. Under her leadership, the Chapter won National Awards for Most Outstanding Chapter and Best Website.
