Welcome everyone, it's Friday again and with that is another new episode of Cello Chat. This week my guest is an up and coming cellist by the name of Brian Hershey.
Meet the Guest
Brian Hershey is a cellist and educator from Park Ridge Illinois. He graduated from Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts - School of Music and was a member of the Honors Program at Illinois State University. Brian graduated Summa Cum Laude with a dual degree in Music Education-String Emphasis and Cello Performance. Brian also was an Honors Program Scholar, receiving Honors in the Major.
In August 2025, Brian will begin his career at D41 Kindergarten Center in Glen Ellyn! He is an experienced educator who is strives to teach, nurture, and inspire students of all ages.
