About the Episode
Today's guest teaches at Bell-Graham Elementary School and Wasco Elementary School in St. Charles CUSD 303. Christopher Pettitis is also on the faculty of the Wheaton College Community School of the Arts, where he maintains a robust cello studio by day, and a thriving home cello studio at night! He enjoys playing his cello in a variety of settings: churches, weddings, casinos, musical pit orchestras, and more. You name it, he's played it!
Meet the Guest
Christopher holds a Master of Music Education degree, Bachelor of Music Education degree, and Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Performance degree from the University of Illinois, where he worked and taught at the Illinois Summer Youth Music camp and received numerous teaching and performance awards. Christopher is attending Northern Illinois University for his doctoral studies.
