Two (Other) Cellos Live

The Royal Purple recently covered Two (Other) Cellos, featuring Dr. Benjamin Whitcomb and guest cellist David Caplan at UW Whitewater’s Light Recital Hall.
From Rossini and Glière to Halsey Stevens, José Elizondo, and Samuel M. Vidal, the program showcased the incredible range of two cellos and the musical conversation that happens when two performers trade melodies, rhythms, and roles.
The evening ended with a standing ovation.
